At Vertex (together with our affiliates, Vertex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring the security of any information we collect from or about you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices concerning the Personal Data you provide to us or that we collect about you when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to content processed on behalf of customers using our commercial offerings, such as our API. The use of such data is governed by contracts with our customers that regulate access to and use of these offerings.

As noted earlier, we use the Content you provide to improve our Services, such as training the models powering TAIEE.

  • Enterprise Account Administrators: If you create a TAIEE Enterprise or business account, its administrators may access and control your Vertex account, including accessing your Content. Additionally, if you create an account using an email address belonging to your employer or another organization, that organization may access certain account-related data as described in this policy.

How Long Do We Retain Personal Data?

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by law.
